Return Policy
We have a 15 day return policy. Special orders are not returnable.
Features: Automatic shut off at the end of both the sterilization and dry cycles.
A long life electro polished chamber and door.
Double safety locking device prevents door from opening while chamber is pressurized.
Overheat cutoff prevents burnout of heating elements in case of insufficient water in the chamber.
Drain valve is located on the front, allowing for quick and easy draining of water resevoir.
Dual safety thermostat protects against overheating. Int'l certifications.

Surgical Discounters offers a 15 day Return Policy and a 90 day Upgrade Policy. You must receive a "Return Authorization number" (RA) prior to returning merchandise
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for properly packaging an insuring return equipment. Surgical Discounters reserves the right to void warranties or refuse repairs for merchandise not properly packaged and shipped by it's customers
Special orders are non-refundable.
Orders over $5,000 require a 50% down payment - balance due prior to shipment.
Established customers orders under $5,000 receive net 15 days.
Premium Website Members receive an additional 2% discount.
