Return Policy
We have a 15 day return policy. Special orders are not returnable.
The Quik-PAK electrode pads are designed for simplicity, so that even a minimally trained rescuer can easily place them on an SCA victim’s chest. Available in both automatic and semi-automatic models, both Lifepak CR Plus device models will fully assess the victim’s defibrillation needs and deliver a shock only when determined it is necessary without the rescuer needing to make that determination. The only difference is that the semi-automatic model will give an audible command to the rescuer to push a button if a shock is deemed appropriate.
The Lifepak CR Plus also features easy maintenance to give its user peace of mind. It performs weekly and monthly self-tests to keep it optimized for on-the-fly usage. Additionally, both the battery CHARGE-PAK and the electrodes are designed for synchronized replacement.

Orders over $5,000 require a 50% down payment - balance due prior to shipment.
Established customers orders under $5,000 receive net 15 days.
