We have a 15 day return policy. Special orders are not returnable.
The Dash 2500 includes:

To ensure easy viewing of the data, the Dash 2500 has a large screen (10.4”) with a friendly & intuitive user interface. The display is easily configurable to suit your viewing preferences and information requirements.
Its compact size, low weight only 5,5 Kilo’s regardless the configuration and long battery life make it the perfect portable monitor and allow patient transport without data gaps or interruption.

Surgical Discounters offers a 15 day Return Policy and a 90 day Upgrade Policy. You must receive a "Return Authorization number" (RA) prior to returning merchandise
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for properly packaging an insuring return equipment. Surgical Discounters reserves the right to void warranties or refuse repairs for merchandise not properly packaged and shipped by it's customers
Special orders are non-refundable.
Orders over $5,000 require a 50% down payment - balance due prior to shipment.
Established customers orders under $5,000 receive net 15 days.
