Return Policy
We have a 15 day return policy. Special orders are not returnable.
An affordable alternative for those individuals with limited mobility, the Transport Chair allows them to travel further than conventional canes allow. Its compact size and lighter weight allow a companion to lift and store the chair with ease.
Standard Models:

- Aluminum is offered in both Silver, Blue, and Red

- Aluminum models weigh 20 lbs without front rigging

Bariatric Model:

- Black, padded, Nylon upholstery
- Brakes located on handgrips for caregiver
- Weight Capacity 400 lbs.
- Semi-Pneumatic rear wheels and casters
- Chair weighs 33 lbs. without front rigging

All chairs come standard with a seat belt.
Warranty:
Three years on frames and crossbraces.
Meets specifications for Medicare code E1038 (standard size Transport chairs) and E1039 (Bariatric Transport chair) for wheelchairs.
Surgical Discounters offers a 15 day Return Policy and a 90 day Upgrade Policy. You must receive a "Return Authorization number" (RA) prior to returning merchandise
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for properly packaging an insuring return equipment. Surgical Discounters reserves the right to void warranties or refuse repairs for merchandise not properly packaged and shipped by it's customers
Special orders are non-refundable.
Orders over $5,000 require a 50% down payment - balance due prior to shipment.
Established customers orders under $5,000 receive net 15 days.
Premium Website Members receive an additional 2% discount.
